Ingredients
300 g of 00 flour
200 g of whole milk
120 g of fresh cream for desserts
200 g of sugar
2 whole eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cake extract
120 g of fresh or frozen berries

Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl except the fresh cream 1 min.speed 5
2.Add the cream 30 sec. speed 5
3.With the bimby off, add the red fruits, mixing with the spatula. Grease and flour a 25 x 10 loaf pan and pour the mixture.
4. Add some spoonfuls of elderberry jam to the surface and distribute it delicately with the blade of a knife to make it penetrate the dough, creating delicious streaks.
5. Bake at 180° static for 40 minutes with a toothpick test.
