1. Divide the solid ingredients from the liquids into two bowls, then put together the flour, starch, yeast, sugar and salt in one bowl; in the other milk, yoghurt, vanilla, oil, eggs, melted butter and grated zest.
2. Quickly mix the two compounds, then add the buckets to the liquids and mix with a whisk without overworking the compound.
3.At this point, arrange the medium-sized cups in the muffin mold and pour about 2 cm of batter into each cup.
4.Set aside the remaining mixture and bake at 170° preheated static for 10 minutes, then take it out of the oven and quickly put a teaspoon of Agrisicilia cherry jam in the center of each muffin, cover with the remaining part of the dough and bake again for another 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
