250 g buckwheat flour
2 whole eggs
250 g butter
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
q.b. of Agrisicilia orange marmalade

Instructions

Shortbread with buckwheat

1. Place all ingredients in planetary mixer and knead quickly with the leaf, finish the dough ball on the work surface dusted with flour

2. Cover and leave the shortbread loaf in the refrigerator at least one hour before using it

3. With this dose, a 24-cm tart and cookies can be made.

4. Roll out the shortbread between two sheets of baking paper dusted with flour then cup with special cookie cutters

5. Before reusing the scraps knead quickly and chill again in the refrigerator or freezer to speed up

6. Place cookies on baking sheet and bake at 180° static for about twelve minutes

7. Stuff the cookies with jam when they are cold
