What better way to celebrate Christmas than making delicious treats?

We leave you the recipe for Christmas Rolls with Orange Marmalade with Cinnamon, very soft brioche with a sweet and tasty heart of Orange Marmalade with Cinnamon, candied oranges, raisins and candied fruit.

Instructions

1. Put the flour and crumbled yeast in the bowl of the planetary mixer, add half the milk and start the dough with the leaf, as soon as the milk is absorbed, add the remaining milk and sugar, mixing roughly.

2. Add the egg and string by turning the dough over from time to time with the help of the tarot, this operation will ensure that it strings and dries faster.

3. Add the butter cut into pieces that we removed from the fridge when preparing the ingredients, the salt and the citrus paste or the grated peel of an organic orange and string tenaciously.

4. The dough is soft and velvety, pulling a flap creates a nice veil

5. Gather the dough, round into bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.

6. When it has doubled, place it on the work surface lightly dusted with flour, make a double turn of folds and wait fifteen minutes with the dough covered like a bell.

7. Cut the dough into eight pieces of approximately 65 g, round then roll out with the help of a rolling pin creating rectangles or ovals and spread a thin layer of Agrisicilia orange and cinnamon jam, then distribute the raisins soaked in water hot previously and the candied orange and roll up by pinching the closure that will always be placed underneath.

8. Place the rolls in the special aluminum pan greased with butter or spray release agent, let them rise slightly from the edge of the pan.

Icing:
1. Combine all the ingredients before preparing the rolls and store in the fridge

2. Distribute the icing on the rolls with a teaspoon or in a pastry bag and sprinkle with granulated sugar and icing sugar

3. Bake in a static oven at 200° for about twenty minutes, initially vaporizing the oven with a spray bottle
