Ingredients
150 g of pistachio cream
50 g of white chocolate
50 g of 00 flour
50 g of butter
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
The cake with a soft pistachio heart is the delicious treat that your palate wants to embrace! This delight is like a warm and loving surprise, with a generous dose of Pistachio spread in the heart. It’s so soft that it feels like a sweet, warm hug in a dessert. It will be difficult to resist this tasty morsel!

Instructions
BIMBY DOUGH
1. Melt the butter with the white chocolate pieces in the Thermomix for 3 min on speed 3, leave to cool and add the spreadable cream, eggs, flour, salt and mix in the Thermomix on speed 5 for 40 sec.
2. Butter the four baking cups and pour the mixture then freeze.
3. Cook in a hot static oven at 200° for 20 minutes
4. Bring to the table freshly baked
DOUGH
1. Melt the butter with the white chocolate pieces, allow to cool slightly and add the Agrisicilia pistachio cream, the eggs, the flour, the pinch of salt, mixing vigorously with a spoon, then distribute into the well-buttered Domopak baking cups and freeze.
2. Cook in a hot static oven at 200° for 20 minutes
