320 g of 00 flour
220 g of sugar
250 g of water
30 g of filtered lemon juice
70 g of corn oil
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 lemon (grate the peel)
1 tablespoon of lemon jam

No milk, no butter, no eggs, just two bowls and a spoonful of Agrisicilia lemon marmalade to make you feel at home among gardens laden with citrus fruits, in the sun, with the sea in front of you, in short, it doesn’t take much and it’s Sicily!

Instructions

Combine and mix all liquids in a bowl. Combine and mix all the powders and pour the liquids, stirring vigorously to dissolve any lumps, insert a spoonful of lemon marmalade which will amplify the taste and aroma. Turn on the oven at 200° static mode. Grease and flour the pan, pour the mixture and cook for about 40 minutes if you use a tall pudding mold as in the picture or about 30 minutes in a donut mold, always take it out after the toothpick test.
