300 ml of fresh cream
150 g of natural white yogurt
150 g of mascarpone
1 lemon peel only
200 g of Syracuse lemon marmalade I.G.P. Agri-Sicilia

Good, with a light and fresh consistency, this dessert with unmistakably Sicilian smells, because to give the flavor and intense taste of lemons that I love is the Agrisicilia lemon marmalade made with lemons from Syracuse, from our beloved Sicily.
At the end of a meal or as a snack, it’s perfect, especially now that it’s starting to get hot. It can be prepared in just a few steps, ideal for when you want a sweet treat but don’t want to mess up or waste time. I would call it the comfort dessert! Prepare it now!

Instructions

1. Whip the liquid fresh cream with an electric whisk. Let's combine the yogurt, mascarpone and lemon zest.

2. Place a generous spoonful of Agrisicilia lemon marmalade and the cream made in a dessert glass. Decorate with candied lemon zest and a mint leaf. Place in the fridge and serve chilled.
