On the palate the typical tannicity of Syrah fills the mouth, a wine with notes of black cherry and fragrant currants that gives a rhythmic, certainly fresh, persuasive taste of great elegance.

Food pairings: Quattro Borghi Syrah wine goes well with countless gastronomic preparations. Especially good with a pork tenderloin garnished with an apple sauce. Quattro Borghi Syrah “Cellaro” also pairs well with rich pasta dishes, stuffed pasta and main courses of white and red meat, both grilled and roasted. Try it with a meat couscous.

Production Area: Sambuca di Sicilia (AG) – Italy

Vinification: De-stemming, cryomaceration for 12 hours and soft pressing of grapes. Fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 16°-17°C with a period of rest on the lees after fermentation.

Temperature: 16-18 °C

Alcohol content: 13%.
