The Regnante Perricone di Rallo stands out at the sight of a ruby red color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it expresses aromas of morello cherries and small ripe red fruits that meet vegetal hints and evolved notes of juniper and black pepper. The sip is rich and balanced supported by a strong tannic texture and a persistent, slightly spicy finish. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with mature cheeses and tasty land recipes based on red meat.

Rallo’s Regnante Perricone was obtained from 100% Perricone grapes grown in the Alcamo area in the province of Trapani. The reference vineyards exposed to the South and South-East lie on sandy soils at an altitude of approximately 200 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out by hand in boxes of approximately 15 kg in September. The red vinification began with the soft pressing of the bunches useful for the production of the must. The alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the must on the skins took place in stainless steel for 15-20 days at a temperature of 22-24°C. The refinement took place for a short period in small French oak barrels and for 3 months in the bottle.
