A culinary heritage that pays homage to opera

We are very attached to the sauce for pasta alla Norma, an authentic heritage of Etna cuisine. Tradition has it that the recipe was defined in Catania, a few kilometres from our company, and was named after the opera of the same name by Vincenzo Bellini.
