Etna Brewery’s JUNO white beer is a craft wheat beer brewed in the Sicily region of Italy. It is made from a blend of barley malt, wheat and hops, which give it a balanced flavour and a fresh, fruity aroma profile. It has a light golden colour and a creamy white foam. On the nose, you can perceive notes of citrus fruits, such as lemon and orange, combined with hints of coriander and spices.

In the mouth, JUNO white beer has a fresh, slightly acidic taste with a clean, bitter aftertaste. It has moderate carbonation and a light body, making it a very refreshing and easy drink.

A bottle-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised craft beer brewed with ancient Sicilian ‘Perciasacchi’ wheat and Sicilian orange peel. It has citrusy, floral hints of rose and geranium, fruity hints of peach and spicy hints of coriander. Goes well with fresh cheeses, tempura, seafood starters and white meats.

Etna Brewery’s JUNO white beer is an excellent choice to accompany light dishes such as salads, starters and fish, but it is also perfectly suited to be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif or on a hot summer’s day.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, ‘perciasacchi‘ wheat 10%, rye malt, sugar, hops, spices, bitter orange peel, Sicilian orange peel 1%, yeast.

Alcohol content: 5.2% vol.

Serving temperature: 6°-8°C
