Etna Brewery’s Ephesto Red Beer is an intense, full-bodied craft beer brewed with dark malts and selected hops. It has an intense amber colour and a persistent creamy foam. On the nose, caramel, chocolate and dried fruit aromas can be perceived, which combine with hints of resinous hops and spices.
In the mouth, Ephesto red beer has a strong and complex flavour, with notes of toasted malt and caramel, balanced by a bitter hop note. It has moderate carbonation and a full body, making it an ideal beer to enjoy with savoury dishes such as roasts, mature cheeses and meat dishes.
