Ingredients

200 g of flour
30 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 yolks
30 g of seed oil
250 g of milk
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
2 egg whites to whip until stiff

Winter Pancakes should be the order of the day!

Pancakes are excellent, soft and high and almost look like a cuddle, accompanied by filling with jams and spreadable creams.

The recipe comes from the food blogger Antonella Audino, who used our Sicilian strawberry extra jam to fill it, with the very sweet taste of Sicilian strawberries, and full of large pieces of fruit since it contains 90 g of fruit per 100 g of product.

Instructions

1. Combine the powders in one bowl and the liquids in another

2. Whip the egg whites until stiff

3. mix the liquids with the powders by dissolving each lump, add the whipped egg whites with a spatula with light movements from the bottom up

4. Heat a pan, grease with butter and pour a ladle of batter which will be quite firm and cook the pancake on both sides

5. Stuff as desired
