Ingredients

300 g of 00 flour
100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 egg
1 yolk
½ vanilla pod, seeds only
8 g of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
300 g of extra Sicilian cherry jam

A very simple tart with Agrisicilia cherry jam that we decorate with bats and ghosts for the delight of the little ones.

A party that is not of our tradition, but has become a custom and a day of celebration, horror-themed jokes and disguises, the day in which to dress up and offer sweets and suffer tricks.

Today the filling is cherries, but you can choose from the many flavors that the company offers and which you can buy in our online shop.

The tart with a delicate and crumbly pastry was prepared by our foodblogger Antonella Audino.

Instructions

Shortbread preparation with bimby
1. Put the butter and icing sugar into the mixing bowl. 4 for 30 seconds.

2. Add eggs one at a time with blades moving.

3. Add the flour, baking powder, flavourings, salt and continue at speed. 4 until the pastry is made.

4. Collect the pastry, finish the dough and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour wrapped in plastic wrap.

1. Put the slightly soft butter and sugar into the mixing bowl, working with the leaf.

2. Add the eggs one at a time with the leaf moving.

3. Add the flour, baking powder, flavourings, salt and continue until the pastry is formed without heating.

4. Collect the pastry, finish the dough and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour wrapped in plastic wrap.
