Instructions

- Insert all the ingredients in the mixing bowl or in the bowl of the planetary mixer with the leaf and, knead without exceeding, until obtaining a soft and well-worked mixture. Finish quickly on a pastry board, wrap in film and keep for at least thirty minutes.

- Take the dough and cut a piece to be rounded between the palms of the forming balls smooth and without cracks.

- Arrange gradually in the pan and push with your finger in the center and fill with jam, bake at 170° for about 15 minutes, they must be very clear so don't lose sight of them.

- Insert a little more jam in the center because it will have dried slightly and withdrawn, sprinkle with a veil of vanilla sugar
