Etna Brewery’s Prometheus Imperial Stout is an intense and complex craft beer brewed with dark malts, aromatic hops and special yeasts. It has an intense black colour and a dense, persistent foam.

Bottle-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised craft beer. It has hints of fruit in spirit (cherries), chocolate, treacle, liquorice, rum, coffee.

Pair with grilled meats, oysters, blue cheeses, chocolate desserts and dry pastries.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast, spices.

Alcohol content: 7.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 12°-14°C
