Unfiltered and unpasteurised bottle-fermented craft beer characterised by the addition of Sicilian lemons. It has a fruity character with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. It can be paired with seafood salads, orange salad, fried seafood, shellfish, arancini, panelle, cured meats and fresh or semi-cured cheeses. It is also excellent for not very structured main courses with white meat or fish.
