Production Area: Sambuca di Sicilia (AG) – Italy

Vinification: De-stemming, cryomaceration for 12 hours and soft pressing of grapes. Temperature-controlled fermentation 16°-17°C with a period of resting on the yeasts after fermentation.

Temperature: 10-12 °C

Alcoholic Gradation: 13 %
