Organic Honeydew Honey is collected from wild plants and shrubs in the Sicilian and Calabrian highlands, generally during the summer months. Available in 300 gram jars.

Although it does not taste very sweet, this type of honey has significant beneficial properties for the body: it is considered a good source of iron, plus it has a lower glycemic index than other types of honey. Finally, it also seems to have good antibacterial properties.

AgriSicilia’s honeydew honey is of excellent quality and can be used regularly in cooking.
