Tuna and Fennel Sauce – 280g

In this variation of the tuna sauce we find a special ingredient produced by etnafrutti “the wild fennel,” very aromatic with a unique flavor. Ideal for seasoning sumptuous dishes while giving a bold and rich flavor. An excellent fish sauce, suitable for seasoning short or long pasta.

Tomato, Tuna and Wild Fennel based dressing.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp 60%, Tuna 15%, wild fennel 8%, anchovy paste, parsley, sunflower seed oil, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper.

Preparation method: Heat the contents and pour directly onto the paste.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.

Serving size: for 3/4 servings.
