Ingredients

180ml of milk
1 egg
90 g of flour
15 g of butter
1 pinch of salt

For the filling
1 jar of Agrisicilia Bitter Orange Marmalade
100 g of walnut kernels
to taste of icing sugar

Ahh crepes, sweet or savoury, always have their reason!
Today’s recipe portrays them in their most superlative form, sweet and accompanied by walnut kernels and stuffed with our organic Sicilian bitter orange marmelade, halfway between sweet and bitter notes that make it irresistible.

Prepared with only organic fruit, highly selected, since for years we have been trying our hand at choosing the best product to bring to your tables.

Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave and leave to cool.

2.Put the flour in a bowl and slowly pour in the milk, working with a whisk so as not to create lumps.

3.Combine the eggs continuing to work with the whisk.

4.Also add the butter.

5. If possible, leave the batter to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap

6.Heat a non-stick pan well, melt a knob of butter and pour a ladle of dough.
Move the pan to distribute the mixture evenly.

7.After 3-4 minutes, when the dough detaches from the edges, turn it gently using a wooden spoon.
Brown the other side as well and place on a plate.
Proceed like this until the ingredients are finished, then fill the crepes to your liking.

8.Put the jam in a bowl and work it with a spoon to soften it, then spread it on the surface of the crepes and complete with a handful of coarsely chopped walnuts.

9. Fold the crepes in half, put another thin layer of jam and some walnuts and fold the crepes further to form triangles.

10.Complete with lots of icing sugar on the surface and serve still hot or warm.
