Instructions

Preparation in planetarium
1. Put the cold butter into small pieces and the flour in the bowl and start the preparation with the leaf, add the sugar after a few moments, the eggs in succession, making sure they are absorbed before adding the others. Add the flavourings, salt and yeast.

2. The pastry is soft, finish the dough and after closing with plastic wrap, store in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Forming
1. It is essential to use a pan with an opening edge or with a removable bottom because it will not be possible to turn it upside down to remove it from the pan, unless you use parchment paper protruding from the sides in order to take out the very cold tart.

2. The pastry is sufficient for a tart with a 24 pan with grill. In the case of this tart you will use half of it.

3. Roll out the cold pastry between two sheets of parchment paper dusted with flour, place the shape of the pan we will use on top and cut the bottom, then place the pan and prick. Roll out the pastry and cut the edges to a height of 4 cm and place in the pan by placing the side close to the base and place on the side of the pan.

4. Pour in the Agrisicilia blood orange marmalade, then place the slices of apples previously cut and sprinkled with lemon to prevent them from turning black.

Baking
Bake in a hot static oven at 180° for about thirty minutes, the pastry must be golden brown.
