Every day we should have sweet and affectionate thoughts towards our partners to ensure that the spark can always burn like the first time.
Not always easy, not always possible, but let’s try not to let it at least put out that heat, that complicity sometimes made up even of moments and moments, even just a face-to-face breakfast when everyone is still asleep in the house.
For Valentine’s Day but not only, we recommend hearts and lots of love, the sweetness of a delicious tart with cherry jam to be savored in two.

1. Put the cold butter cut into pieces and the flours in the mixing bowl and start for 30 sec speed 5, add the sugar, 20 sec, speed 6, insert one egg at a time making it absorbed on speed 5, add the flavourings, salt and baking powder and continue speed spiga for 2 minutes with the help of the spatula.

Forming
Roll out the pastry between two sheets of parchment paper, place it on the tray with the help of the parchment paper, prick the bottom with the prongs of a fork, arrange the cherry jam and level.
With part of the pastry rolled out and very cold for a perfect cut, cup it with the special heart mold and place it on the jam creating a crown of hearts.
Bake at 180° ventilated for about 35 minutes.

Cold cut.
