Who doesn’t love shirts? yes, they are the famous snacks of a well-known brand… Our food blogger Antonella Audino, founder of the blog Antonella Audino

she came across the famous recipe of Assunta Pecorelli’s camille from the blog “The cook inside” so much so that it was one of the first recipes on her blog way back in 2014.

Soft and moist, with that intense color given by carrots and oranges, they are ideal snacks for breakfast and at any time because they are super vitaminic and full of flavor

Carrots, orange, almonds, jam a winning combination for our breakfast and then very simple to make without delay, Camille for everyone!

Instructions

1.Wash and peel the carrots and grate them finely or even better if you have a bimby or a cutter, reduce them to a pulp.

2. Add the oil and the filtered orange juice and homogenize everything making the carrots a cream.
Combine the almond flour.

3. Whip the eggs with the sugar making the mixture swollen and soft, insert the carrots, mix everything together and finally add the sifted flour with the orange zest and baking powder.

4. Pour the mixture into the special half-moon molds or if you don't have them, like me, into muffin cups.

5. Bake at 180° for twenty minutes.
