150 g of 00 flour
150 g of buckwheat flour
100 g of cane sugar
1 whole egg
1 yolk
150 g of butter
1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Shortbread preparation with bimby buckwheat

1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and work for 90 sec. vel spike.

Forming
