Ingredients for the pastry

300 g of 00 flour
100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 whole egg
1 of yolk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 lemon zest

Crumble

50 g of almond flour
50 g of 00 flour
50 g of coarsely chopped hazelnuts
50 g of sugar
50 g of butter
25 g of starch
1 pinch of salt
300 g of Sicilian Mango jam

A tart with an unusual and delicious taste!
Crunchy, delicious and with an exotic flavor, thanks to the filling with our Sicilian Mango Extra Jam, and as a final touch, a crunchy streusel with almonds and hazelnuts, sprinkled with brown sugar… et voila, the tart is ready!

Instructions

Shortbread preparation
1. Prepare the shortcrust pastry by combining the soft butter with the sugar in a planetary mixer, mix briefly with the leaf, add the egg and then the yolk, salt and yeast, beating lightly.

2. Add the flour and knead quickly, collect the dough to form a loaf and keep in the fridge for about thirty minutes. Roll out the pastry between two sheets of parchment paper lightly dusted with flour. Line the pan, fill with the mango jam.

Streusel preparation
3. Mix all the ingredients in a cutter in order to crumble everything creating crumbs and leave in the refrigerator for an hour, scattering the crumbs so they don't stick to each other. Distribute the streusel on the jam and bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
