Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry
150g of Pescabivona I.G.P. extra jam
5 biscuits to crumble
3 peaches into small pieces
1 lemon (juice only)
1 tablespoon of sugar

1 egg yolk for brushing
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

A perfect sweet for the summer season, quick and easy to prepare with a roll of pasta
puff pastry and a few other delicious ingredients that make it ideal for these summer days
when you don’t feel like spending so much time in the kitchen.
A crunchy shell that encloses a layer of Agrisicilia peach jam, biscuits
dried, and many fresh and juicy peaches that become syrup in the oven and in very little
we will have a dessert that conquers for its simplicity, gluttony and freshness

Instructions

1. Unroll the puff pastry, with a pizza cutter cut the sides into oblique strips of about 2 cm

2. to be able to cross and close the strudel

3. Distribute the peach jam in the center of the roll

4. Crumble the biscuits over the jam so that they absorb the moisture left by the peaches

5. Distribute the peaches into pieces previously sprinkled with lemon and sugar.

6. Close the strudel, seal the ends, brush with lightly beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with brown sugar.

7. Bake at 200° ventilated for about 30 minutes.

8. Cut when cold.
