150g of flour
75 g of seed oil
75 g of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 sachet of yeast
Zest of an organic lemon
1/2 limin juice only
1 pinch of salt
to taste of Sicilian lemon marmalade Agrisicilia
granulated sugar to taste

We have tried to recreate all this, preparing our Sicilian Lemon Marmalade, used to prepare this sweet and soft Tart, with a few simple ingredients but with an exceptional flavour, a quick and simple recipe in the preparation that gives infinite satisfaction to every bite

Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and start the blades at speed 3 for 40 sec. about
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer
3. Grease and flour a 20 cm pan, pour the mixture, level and add the lemon jam by the spoonful, distribute the granulated sugar and cook at 180° in a static oven for about 25 minutes
