Instructions

1. Slice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black.

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a high and soft whipped

3. Add the seed oil, half the flour sifted with the baking powder, add the remaining flour and whip for a few minutes, adding a pinch of salt and the grated lemon peel.

4. Grease and flour the 22cm pan.

5. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the surface with spoonfuls of orange marmalade, then arrange the apple slices in a radial pattern.

6. Bake in a hot oven at 180° static for 60 minutes, if the surface gets too dark, place a sheet of baking paper on top.

7. Remove the cake from the very cold pan.
