Ingredients

500 g of fresh cream
120 g of dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of white rum
150 g of apricot jam

For the finish
20 g of chopped hazelnuts
20 g of dark chocolate

Who doesn’t love Sacher Torte?
A delicious Sacher ice cream log for chocolate lovers is a real treat, conquering everyone with the irresistible combination of dark chocolate and apricot jam.

Our very nice Mastercheffa has opted to make the ice cream version, equally tasty and irresistible!

Instructions

First, chop the chocolate needed for the ice cream with a knife and then melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

1. Let it cool slightly.

2. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff.

4. Coat a plumcake mold with transparent film and pour half of the mixture on the base.

6.Take the ice cream out of the freezer and spread the apricot jam on it.

7.Put back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.

8.Take the ice cream log out of the freezer again and pour in the remaining chocolate cream.

9. Level well with a spatula and keep in the freezer for at least two hours before consumption.

10. Gently remove the ice cream from the mold together with the plastic wrap and place it upside down on a plate.

11.Remove the foil and decorate with chopped hazelnuts and chopped chocolate.
