Rosolio Cannellino is a typical liqueur widespread in southern Italy since the early 16th century, it was produced at home by grandmothers, placed in the cupboard and, if necessary, when relatives came to visit, it was offered as a sign of good luck.

The product

  • Character: The Cannellino represents a real reminder of the flavors of the past, thanks to a preparation technique handed down to the present day and which has remained preciously preserved and unchanged over time. Its particular essence of cinnamon made it the perfect rosolio to be served as a dessert liqueur or during an original aperitif.
  • Color: The amber brown recalls, even in appearance, the velvety taste of cinnamon sticks.
  • Alcohol content: 28% vol.
  • Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar, cinnamon infusion.
  • Preparation: We select precious sticks of scented cinnamon to grind them twenty-four hours before being infused. The product obtained is left to macerate in a natural way for more than a month. After a first filtration, it is mixed with the syrup made up of water and sugar. This is followed by a second filtration after which the product is left to decant for a few months before bottling.
