Keration Organic wine is a monovarietal wine made from “polished” Cataratto grapes, a native Sicilian grape variety, vinified in purity. A savory, complex and unforgettable wine like Sicily.

TASTING NOTES

View: straw yellow with light greenish reflections

Smell: complex bouquet with intense fragrances of orange blossom and yellow-fleshed fruit

Taste: elegant and enveloping, with a perfect balance of acidity, minerality and flavour; wine with excellent persistence and with light vegetal notes on the aftertaste
