Ingredients

70 g lightly toasted almonds with skins
70 g of cane sugar
70 g of butter
100 g of 00 flour
1 orange with organic peel
100 g of corn oil
100 g of milk
250 g of sugar
300 g of 00 flour
3 of whole eggs
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Jam filling
300 g of Agrisicilia orange marmalade

The cake with orange crumble a delicious cake where the orange is the absolute protagonist.

A soft base with pureed orange so as not to lose any of the benefits of this wonderful citrus fruit, a generous layer of Agrisicilia blond or blood orange marmalade and to finish a layer of crunchy crumble.

Different consistencies, the only dominant element being the orange which, with its layer of jam, makes this dessert extraordinarily fresh and flavourful.

Instructions

1. Put the almonds with the sugar in the mixing bowl 30 sec. speed 6 Add the cold butter cut into pieces and the flour 60 sec. speed 6 The compound must not compact, but remain only crumbs to spread on a tray and keep in the freezer while we prepare the base.

2. Insert the orange, the oil and the milk into the bimby jug. three eggs and blend 30 sec. speed turbo. The orange, if it has a thin skin, will be blended in its entirety otherwise deprive it of part of the peel.

3. Insert sugar and flour, yeast and salt 30 sec.speed 4. Grease and flour a 24 cm pan, pour the mixture, sprinkle delicately with the orange marmalade and cover with the crumble.
