300 g of 00 flour
100 g of sugar
2 small eggs
100 g of corn oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 lemon zest only

Instructions

1. Place the flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, lemon zest in a bowl and mix lightly with your fingertips; when the eggs have been absorbed, slowly add the oil. After it has been completely absorbed, turn it over onto the pastry board and continue kneading until you obtain a smooth and soft dough without exceeding the dough.

2. This pastry does not need to rest in the fridge, so you can immediately roll it out between two sheets of floured parchment paper to a thickness of 7 mm

3. Place the special circular mold on top of the pastry and place it directly on the baking tray without buttering.

4. Fill with the many flavors of Dulcis jam in fruit and bake at 180° for about 15 minutes without browning the tartlets.
