With the first fresh the desire to turn on the oven has returned, let’s say that it has never passed for me, but the holidays, the commitments have kept me away from my kitchen, but now I’m back and it’s not a threat even if many of you They would like to sue me for damages due to dietician fees, because they have tried many recipes, all perfectly successful and exponentially they have seen the weight grow on the scale and the belly of their husbands and now they would like to overshadow me… they would like to, but they can’t do it!!!

Many, not all, repertoire photos this summer, but the page has grown a lot and so I introduced the many new friends to a bit of history and my preparations, in short, a few strong points.
Now fresh air and new recipes, many projects, various collaborations, in short, a warm winter is expected and an oven always on.
I’ve been wanting this tart for some time, a crazy good one, with the extra elderberry jam, in truth I’ve exceeded with the jam and you can’t perceive the layers, but they are there and you can feel them and it’s fantastic, how can you not publish it even if the photographic rendering is not comparable to that of the tasting?

I am committed to making it again, because I will make it again, with more attention and attention to detail, but in the meantime I had also published the photo in preparation and I was stormed by the requests for the recipe and therefore in the meantime I put it down like this, then those who follow me know that things I like them, I make them again and I photograph them again and I gladly republish the same articles, but updated and accompanied by new photos and new comments.

Obviously any marmalade and jam will be fine, but this one with its sweet and at the same time slightly sour taste in contrast to the sweetness of the pastry is really super, then it’s up to you to choose from the many delicious proposals of Agrisicilia.

Instructions

1. put the flour with the baking powder and the butter into the mixing bowl and sand by starting the blades for 10 sec. speed 6. Add the sugar on speed 6, then add one egg at a time on speed 4, the flavourings, the salt until compact, without over-processing and without heating.

2. Take the shortcrust pastry, finish it on a pastry board, divide it into four parts, three equal and one slightly larger than 30 g and leave to rest in the refrigerator for thirty minutes, then roll out the largest dough which must be slightly larger than the 20 cm diameter of the tray to hold the jam and create the border.

3. Roll out the loaves, spread a thin veil of jam, I exaggerated and you can't see the layers and complete with the last loaf with which we will prepare the grid and any decorations.

4. Bake at 180° static for about thirty minutes, halfway through cooking if the tart gets too dark place a sheet of parchment paper on top and finish cooking.
