From Stephanie Cabibbo’s blog, also known as Mastercheffa, an absolutely delicious dessert, irresistible and quick to prepare without being too elaborate!

Glass cheesecake with ricotta and orange marmalade with Agrisicilia cinnamon, not too sweet, with a citrus flavor and delicate notes of cinnamon, which make it slightly spicy and delicious.

The encounter between ricotta and orange with cinnamon has always been the perfect combination, which recreates a refined and decisive flavor at the same time

Instructions

1. First, reduce the biscuits to flour in a mixer.

2. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan (without frying it) and add it to the crumbled biscuits, then mix with your hands until you get a sort of wet sand.

3. Whip the cream until stiff.

4.Work the ricotta well with a fork, then add the sugar, cinnamon and whipped cream and work with a spatula from the bottom up until you get a smooth and soft cream.

5. If you have it, transfer the cream into a pastry bag with a star tip (otherwise you will use a spoon).

6.Work the jam with a spoon to soften it and transfer it to a sac-à-few.

7. Arrange a handful of crumbled biscuits on the bottom of each cup, then add a layer of cream cheese and one of jam.

8.Resume from the biscuits, proceed with a second layer of ricotta and jam and complete with some crumbled biscuits.

9. You can consume your cheesecakes by the glass immediately or (I prefer) leave them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before eating.
