Good morning, today our Agri recipe is arriving that wants to greet spring with the fruit that first brightens up our tables with its sweetness and bright colors.

Today we have prepared for you a tart with a layer of sweet spreadable cheese and a generous layer of extra Sicilian strawberry jam.

The sweetest strawberries from the slopes of Etna arrive at our factory, brought by our trusted farmers who proudly let us taste them to proudly receive our compliments.

Good, juicy, ripe they are the ideal harvest for our jam which today has a place of honor in our tart which is an explosion of taste and flavour.

We leave you to read the recipe that you can also find in the blog www.antonellaaudino.it who prepared it for all of us

Instructions

Shortbread preparation
1. Lightly whip the butter and sugar, add an egg, incorporate, add the yolk and incorporate, add a pinch of salt, vanilla or lemon, the flour and a pinch of baking powder and mix on a work surface, with a bimby, in a planetary mixer.

2. Gather the shortcrust pastry, shape it, form a loaf, cover with plastic wrap and leave at least one hour in the refrigerator.

Filling preparation
3. Pour the spreadable cheese into a small bowl, add the sugar and mix with a fork, add the well-washed and dried strawberries to the cheese and mix.

Forming
4. Roll out the pastry for a preferably micro-perforated 24 cm pan, create the base, edges, fill with cheese, level, distribute the Agrisicilia strawberry jam and cut out the strips to close the grid.

Baking
5. Bake at 180° static for about 35 minutes in the lowest part of the oven, taking care not to brown the tart
