A classic, traditional tart with yeast-free shortcrust pastry and lots of good peach jam. one of the most loved by all.

Instructions

Preparation of the pastry
1. In a kitchen mixer, combine the butter and flour and sand the mixture, otherwise use your fingertips to quickly mix the cold butter with the flour.

2. Add the icing sugar, salt, vanilla and egg yolk until absorbed before adding the next.

Tart forming
